Yay!!! We woke up in our very own house this morning ;). Although it had seemed to storm all night the sun was peeking through the clouds as we strolled to the local Star Market to pick up some goodies for breakfast. We made Pineapple Coconut and Bananna Macadamia Nut Pancakes, two cups of Cafe au lait, and eggs with hawaiian sausage :) After listening to various sermons online we selected Kihei Baptist Church - a short .6 mile walk from "our little paradise"... We really enjoyed the church, the people were soooo friendly, they gave every visitor a flower and a name tag and after being "tagged" you were greeted by everyone in site. The sermon was part of their recent theology series, today's topic being the virgin birth. We were invited to the after service potluck but my introverted side had reached its limit for meeting new people for the day so instead we headed home via the beach - yup walked all the way home via the beach!!! Time for some more tanning and a dip in the ocean ;) The weather is looking a little overcast so Pete and I moved our base of operations into our living room - though we still feel like we're outside :)
We finished the evening by visiting Matteo's Pizzeria, yummy.

Enjoying the play-by-play, Natalie and I are headed to Maui in a couple weeks! And staying near where you're staying! Have a wonderful trip and hope to see you soon..
